Children Leading the Change: Building Climate-Resilient Communities in Turkana County.

The Agency for Cross-Border Pastoralists Development (APaD), with support from Plan International Kenya, conducted 50 impactful dialogue sessions with 400 school-going children across 10 targeted schools in both refugee and host communities in Turkana West Sub-County.

These sessions created safe, inclusive spaces where children openly discuss pressing issues related to climate change and environmental conservation that significantly affect their daily lives, education, and well-being.

Building Resilient and Nourished Communities through Climate-Smart Agriculture in Turkana West.
